Texas FFA Rodeo registration is now live in the Texas FFA Roster System. 

• All rodeo contestants must be entered by their ADVISOR through the roster system by the registration deadline. In addition, contestants must print, complete, and mail in the entry form along with their payment. (School checks, cashier checks, and money orders are permitted-no personal checks accepted). Visit the Texas FFA Rodeo website for specific steps for entering.
• Contestants must indicate if they need stalls on the entry form. Stalls include 2 bags of shavings will be $20 and shall be paid directly to Fair Park upon arrival. Additional bags of shavings will be available on-site for $10 each. 
• Coggins papers will be checked upon arrival on the Fair Park Grounds
• All contestants should review the Texas FFA Rodeo Rules prior to the event. Failure to follow the rules will result in disqualification. 
• There will be no cost for admission but attendee parking will be $10 per vehicle. Contestant parking will be free. 
• More information will be shared on the rodeo website as it becomes available. 
• Please do not contact Fair Park with questions regarding the rodeo. All rodeo-related questions should be directed to Texas FFA Staff or your area rep on the Texas FFA Rodeo Committee. 

Texas FFA Advisors: The Texas FFA Convention Rodeo registration will be found on the Texas FFA Roster System along with regular State Convention registration. We hope this may alleviate any membership issues.

How to Register Students Through Texas FFA Roster System:

The Advisor will click on "Event Registration," "2023 Texas FFA Convention," then "Rodeo Registration."
Click "edit" on the right-hand side to register the student for convention.
You will click on each student for the Rodeo that is eligible since they've done their State FFA waiver (this must be done first).

After you've clicked on the student it will ask for their information and then generates a pdf after it was saved.

Print the .pdf file entry form to obtain signatures
Mail completed form with payment [money order/cashiers check/school checks ONLY] made out to "Texas FFA" - NO PERSONAL CHECKS!
** Contestants: PLEASE try to mail your entries certified mail! There have been issues in the past with the USPS losing entries. Certified mail ensures that they are trackable.**

Entry fee deadline: Friday June 16th
Late entry deadline: no late entries! After June 16th: no entries will be accepted...period!
